. The ideal candidate will have prior experience engaging with schools and a strong understanding of the Canadian education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
school and education market
.
Build and maintain relationships with
school administrators, principals, and education stakeholders
.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote company offerings.
Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to school decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of educational clients.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline progress.
Attend education-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide feedback from schools to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:
Experience in
EdTech
, school services, or curriculum solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
in business development or sales, preferably in the
education sector
.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with schools or educational institutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to travel within Canada as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
