We are looking for an BDC Coordinator to join our fantastic team!
Responsibilities:
As the BDC Coordinator, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service leaving all callers satisfied Answering online inquires and incoming calls Keeping accurate and relevant customer information in our system Performing outbound maintenance calls Informing customers of outstanding open recalls Follow-up on all OnStar leads Provide General Motor's warranty information Perform fetch campaign calls Quote Service menu pricing
Requirements:
5 Years Dealership experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly Must have MS Word and Excel intermediate skills Attention to detail Adhering to all company policies and procedures Knowledge of the DealerMine system is preferred
