Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead the expansion of our financial markets division across precious metals, equities, forex, and futures. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial services, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven expertise in high-net-worth client acquisition and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1.Expand market presence by developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients through diverse acquisition channels.

2.Understand client investment goals and financial profiles to design tailored asset allocation and investment strategies.

3.Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and provide clients with timely investment insights and strategy adjustments.

4.Manage and grow client portfolios, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent business performance.

5.Lead and mentor a high-performing team, driving overall business growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields from a reputable university (overseas diploma or higher preferred).

2.Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, including equities, funds, forex, and commodities.

3.Proven track record in market development, client acquisition, and business negotiation; existing high-value industry contacts are a plus.

4.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure.

5.Previous team management experience and the ability to independently drive business development initiatives.

6.Familiarity with Hong Kong and U.S. financial markets; experience in securities, funds, investment, insurance, or trust sectors is preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
