Business Development Coordinator

We are looking to add a part-time Business Development Coordinator to our team! We need great people, like you, to join our team at our state-of-the-art dealership.

About the Role:

Customer retention planning Service appointment coordinating; advise customers of additional maintenance/accessories Database mining Service appointment reminder and follow up phone calls/texts Service campaign planning Parts SOR follow up Take payment/process payment pre-approvals for service Assist advisors with incoming customers and vehicles Meet new and used sales customers and book first oil change Monitor service surveys and track customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Customer service experience Strong communication skills Proficient in Excel Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
