G&A ROBOT is a leading innovator in robotic food and beverage vending solutions, dedicated to redefining how people access fresh, high-quality meals and drinks on the go. With a rapidly expanding network of over 60 smart vending machines across Metro Vancouver, Calgary, Victoria, and Kelowna and plans to expand to the Greater Toronto Area by the end of this year, we're shaping the future of automated dining experiences in North America.

Our product line includes robotic vending machines serving freshly prepared beverages, bento boxes, pizza, and ice cream. By combining cutting-edge technology, strong operational systems, and sustainable practices, G&A ROBOT provides convenient, reliable, and eco-conscious food service solutions to universities, hospitals, transportation hubs, and workplaces.

We are now entering our next stage of growth, introducing franchise and lease-based models to complement our hands-free operation system. To support this expansion, we're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our growing team.

*This role requires a strong work ethic, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to work weekends, evenings and different time zones as required.

Main Responsibilities



? Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Coordinator will support the team in identifying, prospecting, and managing B2B partnership opportunities.

? Assist in the development and onboarding of corporate clients and franchisees, including communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

? Conduct market research to identify new location opportunities and evaluate franchise prospects.

? Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and partnership materials.

? Coordinate cross-departmental communication between sales, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless project execution.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

? Provide administrative, analytical, and data visualization support for business development campaigns and franchise recruitment initiatives.

? Other miscellaneous business development tasks assigned by the business development manager.

Qualifications



? Bachelor's degree in Business Communication/Commerce/Marketing/Journalism or related field.

? 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, partnership/account management, or franchise operations preferred.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills: the ideal candidate is comfortable initiating contact with potential partners through cold calls and emails with confidence and ease.

? Strong organizational, and multitasking skills; Capable of working under pressure.

? Proven track of record of building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners. (Portfolio required)

? Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for business growth and innovation.

? Living experience across multiple North American cities, combined with a strong understanding of the BC, Alberta, Ontario, and U.S. markets, will be considered a significant asset.

? Familiarity with CRM, digital advertising tools, Excel, and presentation software. Skillful with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a strong asset.

? Previous experience in food technology, vending, or franchise business models is a strong asset.

? Fluent English plus the working level of Mandarin is a strong asset.

Pay: $44,063.05-$107,953.03 per year
