Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Consultant responsible for converting inbound and qualified leads into active business clients. This role is target-driven and best suited for candidates with proven experience working against monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can confidently handle business conversations, and is motivated by performance-linked earnings.
This is not an administrative role -- success in this position is measured strictly by sales conversions and revenue generated.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and qualified leads generated by marketing and management
Conduct initial and follow-up business consultations with potential clients
Understand client needs and match them with Corpwell Capital's service offerings
Present business models, consulting services, and investment solutions
Convert leads into signed engagements and paid clients
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and deal execution
Provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development
Proven track record of working with monthly sales targets
Experience converting leads into paid clients
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable discussing business services, fees, and value propositions
Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented mindset
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting sales, B2B services, franchising, real estate, or investment advisory
Background in selling professional or high-value services
Understanding of the Canadian business environment
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: CAD $36,000 per annum
Sales Incentives: Performance-based commissions linked directly to conversions
Total Earnings: Strong upside for consistent performers
All compensation growth is directly linked to sales conversions and target achievement.
