Source, evaluate, and maintain a network of high-quality suppliers.
Negotiate product prices, delivery terms, and quality standards to ensure cost efficiency and supply stability.
Monitor food industry trends and market demand, identify potential best-selling products, and participate in SKU optimization.
Manage procurement costs, inventory, and SKUs to ensure balanced inventory structure and efficient turnover.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to support their promotions and marketing initiatives.
Track market prices and supplier activities across other sales channels, adjusting procurement strategies as needed.
Monitor price and inventory fluctuations to optimize cost control and procurement quantities.
Qualifications
at least 2 years of procurement or supply chain management experience; North American e-commerce experience preferred.
Familiar with e-commerce platform operations, with experience in supplier development, contract negotiation, order tracking, and cost management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills; capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficient in office software.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
Agile thinkers with strong problem-solving, reporting, and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and possess strong time management skills.
