Duties

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project objectives. Track and report on business development activities, providing insights into performance metrics and opportunities for improvement. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
