Business Development Associate, Corporate

Main purpose of job:



As BDA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with current clients, and generating company growth through sales and market expansion.

Compensation



$1000/week 2.5% Commission on all income generated Profit Sharing

Main tasks of job:



Market research and analysis- Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer preferences and competitors to inform decisions and identify areas for growth.

Identify and qualify leads - evaluate the needs and budget of potential clients to ensure alignment with Restore Canada's goals

Build and maintain client relationships - regular communication with clients to ensure an understanding of their needs, address concerns and nurture long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Generate sales and revenue - end to end sales activities from initial contact to signed contract.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams - work with the operations and marketing teams to ensure the sales activities align with the company values and ensure client satisfaction.

Licences, registrations and qualifications: Full clean driving abstract and reliable transportation Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of the restoration/construction business preferred.
