Main purpose of job:
As BDA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with current clients, and generating company growth through sales and market expansion.

Main tasks of job:
Market research and analysis- Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer preferences and competitors to inform decisions and identify areas for growth.
Identify and qualify leads - evaluate the needs and budget of potential clients to ensure alignment with Restore Canada's goals
Build and maintain client relationships - regular communication with clients to ensure an understanding of their needs, address concerns and nurture long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Generate sales and revenue - end to end sales activities from initial contact to signed contract.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - work with the operations and marketing teams to ensure the sales activities align with the company values and ensure client satisfaction.
Licences, registrations and qualifications:
Full clean driving abstract and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of the restoration/construction business preferred.
