We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our Business Development Managers in identifying new opportunities and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the security guard company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's services addressing client needs. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Track and maintain records of calls, appointments, and lead progress using CRM tools. Collaborate with the Business Development team to strategize and refine lead outreach efforts Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $43,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

Qualifications
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Proficient in market research and analysis Strong negotiation and closing skills Experience in CRM software and sales tracking tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
