We are currently seeking a

highly motivated, and results-oriented Business Development Associate

to support our growth by developing and managing a network for our sister company "

Prime Path Education and Career Counselling"

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business development & growth through strategic outreach, effective communication, and relationship-building with prospective clients and partners.

This position requires a solid understanding of technology and technical sales, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities



Engage with potential customers through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online meetings. Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and qualify leads. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies for reaching target markets. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Content creation is the major role of this position and developing business through social media Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and brand strategy. Research audience trends, industry topics, and competitor content to identify opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for digital platforms (e.g., blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, video). Write engaging copy tailored to different audiences and channels. Produce and edit videos, photos, and graphics as needed.

Experience



Proven experience in inside sales is required. Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful lead generation. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:


Base salary from

$3,000 per month

with the potential to

earn up to twice the base salary through performance-based incentives and achievement of targets
