As we grow, we're looking for an exceptional Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead the charge in filling our Independent Living apartments. If you're a relationship-builder, a creative marketer, and driven by purpose, we want to meet you.

Your Impact

As our Business Development & Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of growing our community. Your mission: to drive occupancy through smart marketing strategies, personalized outreach, and by making every prospective resident feel seen, heard, and excited to join us.

What You'll Do:

Build and execute a marketing plan to increase awareness and attract new residents. Host tours, presentations, and open houses to convert inquiries into move-ins. Create partnerships with referral sources (healthcare professionals, realtors, community leaders). Plan and promote local events and campaigns to showcase Bellevue Park. Manage and track all leads through a CRM system - Yardi (we'll train you). Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
You Bring:

3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or leasing, ideally in senior living, real estate, or hospitality. Warm, engaging communication skills and genuine care for people. Proven success in meeting occupancy or sales goals. Creativity, independence, and a strong sense of initiative. Familiarity with social media, email campaigns, and event marketing. A valid driver's license and ability to work on-site full-time.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000/year (based on experience) Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000/year tied to leasing volume, move-in targets, and occupancy milestones Total Compensation Potential: Up to $85,000/year Additional Benefits: Extended health and dental coverage Paid vacation and personal days Mileage reimbursement Professional development allowance Opportunities for internal advancement and leadership growth
