Business Development Analyst - Dynaline Industries

Dynaline was established in 1988 to serve distributors that supply to Automotive Aftermarket, Hardware retail and Industrial end users.
Our products are consumable durable goods in ten product categories. We provide point of sale merchandising for everything we sell. Our goal is to expand our network of supporters across Canada.

Duties and Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
Following a clearly defined customer outreach process and schedule
Responding to inbound calls, processing orders, and sharing new opportunities
Meeting sales targets
Contributing to team meetings
Analytics and reporting, data mining, research projects including competitive intelligence
Maintaining price lists, contract pricing, promotional pricing etc.
Managing Dynaline e-commerce platform including new product updates, promotions and setting up accounts for customers
Troubleshooting and managing our EDI platform
Requirements

Honest and operates with integrity
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with Power BI and/or SAP is a plus
Knowledge of our industry is a plus
Bilingual (French and English) will be given special consideration
Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000 annual base salary (depending on qualifications)
