Details: Pathfinder365 is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our young startup as an Account Development Specialist. The position is fully remote, to anyone located in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our digital membership products, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets, while also managing and continuously finessing our CRM database. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a competitive spirit, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. There will also be substantial collaboration and mentorship opportunities with the Founder and CEO, and extensive collaboration with the Marketing Specialist and the product development team, to ensure we achieve harmonization of product development activities and the sales and marketing messaging. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify and develop new leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and introductory calling, based on consultative selling methodology
  • To ensure this isn\xe2\x80\x99t understated, this position requires a substantial amount of introductory calling and live customer interfacing
  • Present and promote community membership products to potential customers through online demonstrations, email communications, and phone calls
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing sales and increasing customer retention
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Specialist to create effective sales materials, promotions and campaigns that align with company goals
  • Track and report sales activities, customer feedback and market trends to the CEO
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay current on market trends and best practices
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s community membership products, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company\'s CRM system
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets; or a foundational skillset and an undeniable passion to thrive in this role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value of the Pathfinder365 platform
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Bitrix24 or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising
