About Us

Our Company is a trusted plumbing company with 17+ years of experience providing high-quality plumbing solutions across Ontario. With a growing presence in multiple cities and provinces, we are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our team and help us expand further across Canada.

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our plumbing services into new markets. This is an in-person position based out of our head office in Concord, ON.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase business opportunities in different cities and provinces of Canada. Identify and pursue potential partnerships, contracts, and growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and businesses. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential service areas. Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align strategies and meet business goals.
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build client relationships and generate business leads. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Prior experience in business development, sales, or related field (experience in construction/plumbing/home services industry is an asset). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for business development activities.
