We're seeking an ideal candidate to join our team to provide top-notch service to our global customers in English, and a second language. As a Business Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries and ensuring our customers have a positive interaction with our brand. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence customer service while enforcing our policies. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial link between our customers and the company.
Primary responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide business information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain up-to-date business knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Perform other duties as requested
The ideal candidate
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Call Centre experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese/Somali is an asset
Must speak, read and write English fluently
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Excellent follow-up and communication skills
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
Education
Secondary Education or equivalent
