Novamodus Solutions Inc (www.novamodus.com) is one of the fastest growing Oracle Applications and Technology consulting organizations, in Canada, focused on Oracle business and information technology. We currently have approximately 100 full-time employees (consultants) working with us and are hoping to expand this to over 150 by March 2026.

We are the #1 Oracle Partner for Oracle Cloud Applications implementation in Canada with over 135 Oracle Cloud projects successfully implemented in the country with several others in progress.

As part of our business portfolio, we implement Oracle Fusion Applications for our clients in Canada and the US. We are actively seeking skilled business analysts to further strengthen our team and enhance our project delivery capabilities. These individuals will have a crucial role in driving our growth and ensuring ongoing success of our Oracle Cloud implementations. Undergraduates and higher, in the following areas are encouraged to apply for the position (we will be hiring 15-20 candidates):

Required Qualifications:

This is a consulting position and the right candidate must be willing to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. The total working hours, generally, will not exceed 1864 hours per year (i.e. an average of 8 hours per year after considering vacation days, holidays and weekends). Must have, at a minimum a bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma, from an accredited university or college, in one or more of the above business areas and/or have a minimum 2 years' experience working for an organization in the above areas. Must have good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word (if you are not, please get yourself trained). Must have excellent analytical and strong problem-solving abilities. Must be authorized to work in Canada. Must be able to work from our Mississauga office, five days a week. No work-from-home. Must be able to travel within Canada as required. Must have great interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude. Must be Fluent in English - spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with enterprise applications such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft, etc. Certification in any software applications. Fluent in French - spoken and written

Job responsibilities:

Ability to listen, relate to the clients' business requirements and understand their business processes. Conduct requirements workshops independently with clients. Documenting business related requirements. Solutioning the requirements using Oracle Applications. Research and provide solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills. Perform end-to-end testing of the applications. Selected candidates will also participate in proposal activities, conducting demonstrations, etc., to ensure our employees get a rounded job knowledge across our organization's activities.

Successful candidates will be rewarded with the following:

Base Salary (the salary will be automatically increased by $10K on successful completion of the probation period which will be six months). Performance bonus 3-weeks of paid vacation + 3 days paid personal days per year. 1 extra day of paid holiday for every long weekends (4-day long weekends) Paid Christmas week holiday (5 days in December) Fully paid health benefits (Dental, Vision Care, Prescription Drugs, etc.) on successful completion of probation period (6 months)
