• Lead & Inspire: Oversee operations, sales, and administration while mentoring a team of six to achieve ambitious sales and margin goals.
• Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Manage branch P&L, streamline inventory and logistics, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with national teams, build vendor relationships, and resolve customer challenges with precision and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industry experience or a strong mix of relevant expertise and education.
• Proven leadership and financial acumen, with P&L management experience.
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
