Team: D&T - Data Platform (Snowflake, Tableau, SQL)

Responsibilities

Liaise with business stakeholders to gather needs and translate into solution requirements. Work with Data Engineers and BI Developers to deliver stakeholder requests. Identify required team members and information needed for estimates. Collaborate with PM on delivery timelines and resource planning. Create user stories and tasks in JIRA; maintain traceability with business requirements and QA test cases. Partner with Data Architect to diagram solutions and validate requirements coverage. Support QA for test case clarity, UAT, and end-to-end validation.

Daily Activities

Participate in daily stand-ups. Meet stakeholders to understand reporting/dashboard needs and determine necessary data inputs. Review BRDs, ensure clarity, and secure sign-off. Create solution requirements and present them to stakeholders. Collaborate with developers to track progress and clarify requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

6-10 years business analysis experience in system implementations and software projects. Strong background in designing data lakes and data warehouse solutions. Expert in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau (features, functionalities, communication to non-technical users). Skilled with Draw.io, LucidChart, JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace. Strong process mapping, requirements elicitation, and methodology skills. Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and critical-thinking abilities. Demonstrated experience documenting BRDs, data models, mapping, and technical specifications. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Strong capability in negotiating, prioritizing, and leading discussions with stakeholders and vendors.

Experience:

Administrator - IBM Security (ISAM): 6 years (required) ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control, and Federation modules: 6 years (preferred) junction creation in ISAM: 5 years (preferred)
