Thorwin Properties is seeking an analyst to perform strategic business analysis across multiple departments. This dynamic role will play a key part in advancing the use of our property management software to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency and business analysis. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.



What You'll Do

Process Analysis & Optimization

Map current business processes across leasing, maintenance, finance, and capital planning. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to redesign workflows for better automation and data flow. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements within Yardi either through current capabilities or future releases. Support Yardi module implementations, upgrades, and customizations. Ensure data consistency and integrity across Yardi modules.

Reporting & Insights

Develop and maintain company wide KPI reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support the build out of Power Bi reporting across all departments. Build and present data-driven business cases to inform and influence strategic management decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with property operation team, finance and leadership to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training and documentation to support process changes and system enhancements.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in business analysis or systems integration. Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager or other Yardi modules is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in property management or real estate operations. Familiarity with workflows in leasing, maintenance, finance, and capital planning. * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
