: Digital Transformation and Implementations Manager
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Digital Transformation and Implementations Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs.
Process Analysis:
Map and analyze current business processes (as-is) work with financial and technical team to design improved processes (to-be).
Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks.
Solutions Design:
Collaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
Documentation:
Create clear and detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
Stakeholder Communications:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and project teams.
Translate technical jargon into business-friendly language and vice versa.
Testing and Validation:
Assist in developing test plans and test cases.
Validate that the final solution meets the business requirements.
Change Management and Training:
Support the implementation of new systems or processes.
Help train users and ensure smooth adoption of changes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use data to support decision-making and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
Post Secondary Education in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP or digital transformation projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Strong understanding of financial systems and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or Power Bi
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions
Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record check
Physically able to perform all listed job duties
Work performed primarily in an office environment
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and telephone

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
