Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends. Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools like Talend to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements. Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Create detailed process diagrams and documentation using Visio to communicate workflows clearly across teams. Assist in integrating linked data sources and developing analytics solutions that support strategic initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on data analysis and business process improvement. Hands-on expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management principles within Agile environments. Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and ETL tools like Talend for data manipulation. Familiarity with database systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and related database design concepts. Knowledge of analysis skills related to linked data integration, analytics techniques, and data analysis best practices. Experience working with analysis tools such as Visio for process mapping and documentation is preferred.
