Position Overview:
The Business Analyst position provides critical support to Client's Merchant Delivery team for the effective execution of , major Merchant Customer rollouts and projects involving Client Point of Sale Devices. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project timelines, and serve as the subject matter expert/conduit, ensuring that initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and deliver an exceptional merchant experience.

Job Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in identifying and organizing complex project requirements across multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to advocate for team requirements and priorities throughout project planning and execution phases.
Experience in setting targets, defining clear objectives, and developing detailed work-back schedules to meet deadlines.
Support process documentation, through capturing and documenting processes and procedures to support different teams within Merchant Solutions Group.
