Candidate profile details:
- Degree/Certifications Required: Post secondary is preferred, Agile certifications would be an asset (Lean six sigma, yellow belt, green belt)
- Years of Overall Experience: 8-10 years of experience
- Preferred Candidate Background: former client and Agile experience as a Business Analyst
- Selling Points of Position (CVP): Youth and Student Segment is a critical customer segment - tons of growth opportunity, long-term opportunity, exposure to lots of technical and customer facing projects
- The Everyday Advice Journey, Youth & Student Product Group is responsible for understanding and serving Youth/Student needs and experiences from end-to-end. We are continuously contributing to building innovative products and services that exceed customers' expectations.
- Previous client experience who has worked within Agile/Next evolution of work
- Experience using Jira and confluence
- Understanding a project/capability/solution and being able to build out a requirement for that
- Someone who has supported various digital or IT based projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Project Management experience
- Agile certification
