List of Responsibilities:
Onboarding tasks:
o Sharing welcome information and coordinating hardware and physical access requests before the first day. o For contingent worker the SOW request must be initiated to create the credentials o Setting up accounts for software and networks and assigning relevant system access based on the new hire role. o Providing technical orientation, overview of company software and distributing onboarding documents o Providing additional links (such as LMS, community page) and knowledge of additional item offered. o Provide new hires with the Professional Practice teams support emails. o Ensure the new employee is added to the required distribution list and email boxes
Offboarding tasks:
o Revoking access to all company systems, software and networks o Collecting company property including devices, keys and ID badges, Continuous follow up until the assets are return. o Transfer Out from Audit tasks o Systematically revoke access to Audit owned application, data such as sharepoint and sharedrive o Remove access to floors. o Oversee the cost centre transfer of laptop and other devices or retrieve if provisioned by new line of business.
Application Maintenance:
o ATG are administrators of Audit owned applications, SMART and RETAIN, which are updated to reflect promotions, leave of absences or people manager movements o Provision additional software and hardware required by audit colleagues to complete scheduled audits o Receive revoke, change request post Diamond/AMH attestation to update applications o Update team name and cost centre changes on all applicable data fields. o Managed the enrolment and renewal process for International Internal Audit o Iron Mountain management of physical files throughout the retention lifecycle
Attestations:
o Quarterly SharePoint/ShareDrive attestation o Annual Generic Email attestation
Data Management:
o Assist with the Data Management requirements and controls as outlined in the Audit Data Management Procedures.
Audit Location:
o Provision tools needed in each location such as headset, keyboard and mouse o Monitor the capacity per location o Coordinate moves by liaison between Audit and Real Estate partners Must Have:
