Role Overview:



As a Product Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between customers, stakeholders, and product teams to drive impactful product decisions. You will analyze market trends, translate requirements into actionable product improvements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. Conduct competitive and market research, including AI/ML innovations, to guide enhancements to the CXCommerce(TM) platform. Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable product enhancements. Collaborate with Product Development, Professional Services, UX, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-value outcomes. Identify opportunities for new features or initiatives, from small enhancements to large-scale implementations. Define project requirements, assumptions, and acceptance criteria aligned with the product roadmap. Create detailed user stories in JIRA and work closely with developers and QA to ensure delivery meets expectations. Support customer adoption of the PhaseZero platform through guidance and expertise. Contribute actively to Agile sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Willingness to travel internationally if required. Experience writing and managing user stories, functional requirements, and product documentation. Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Month-to-Month Activities (Summary):



Months 1-2:

Onboarding, platform deep-dive, market/industry research, shadowing teams.

Months 3-4:

Customer engagement, requirement gathering, user stories, Agile participation.

Months 5-6:

Drive product enhancements, cross-team collaboration, pilot feature delivery.

Months 7-9:

Lead larger customer initiatives, identify upsell opportunities, refine backlog, quarterly insights.

Months 10-12:

Strategic product recommendations, mentor juniors, roadmap contribution, measurable outcomes.

Customer Success:

Requirements captured, customer satisfaction, successful engagements.

Product Delivery:

Sprint velocity, timely delivery, fewer requirement-related defects.

Market Insights:

Competitive research quality, roadmap recommendations adopted.

Positive internal stakeholder feedback, effective cross-team alignment.

Business Impact:

Increased platform adoption, revenue influence through upsell/cross-sell.
