:We are seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) with 4-7 years of experience to join our team. This role is predominantly focused on Business Analysis but requires comfort with Project Management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, QA, and solution configuration, particularly with cloud-based software. • Gather and analyze business requirements to understand the needs of stakeholders.
• Conduct process analysis and testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) tasks to identify and resolve issues.
• Configure solutions, especially cloud-based software, to meet business needs.
• Align project tasks and timelines, ensuring a focus on business analytics.
• Collaborate with a team that already includes a Project Manager seeking reduced hours.
• Facilitate communication and alignment within the team and across stakeholders.
• Engage in team events and activities to maintain and enhance a strong, social, and culture-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with some exposure to Project Management.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and QA.
• Experience with solution configuration, particularly cloud-based software.
• Understanding of technology fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong alignment with our culture-focused, social, and team-oriented environment.
• A consultative background is preferred; candidates from banking backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
