Job Description
Location Address: 150 King Street W 18th Floor hybrid 1-2x per week onsite
Contract Duration: 12 months
Typical Day in Role:
- testing data analysis and transformation of current processes
- -Update spreadsheets to ingest new data formats
- -Update process documentation for new project deliverables
- -Coordinate with project teams on testing results
- -Provide training to business users on new processes and spreadsheets changes
- -Support business users transition through post project implementation
1) 8+ years of experience with data analysis working in a large organization in FI
2) 5+ years of experience working in a financial department, familiarity with accounting principles (ledgers, trial balances, accounting data)
3) 5+ years of experience working on projects (familiarity with project phases etc.)
4) Advanced knowledge with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1)VBA experience
2)Product control experience
3)Derivative product knowledge
4)International banking experience
Education:
- Post-Secondary Degree in Finance or related field
