About the Role

As our Business Analyst, you will be the catalyst that leads interactions between our clients and Tech Team to configure the product based on client needs.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to gather a deep understanding of our users and customer journeys to align business strategy with the product roadmap
  • Actively participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
  • Prioritize the development backlog and communicate the status of features to stakeholders (Devs, Business and other BA)
  • Monitor delivery of features to meet client requirements while respecting deadlines and quality of delivered developments (via manual testing and by participating in pull-requests)
  • Contribute to the execution of the product vision, corrective and evolutive maintenances
  • Ensure that production readiness standards (quality, operability) are applied and followed during execution
  • Coordinate meetings between teams to collaborate on cross-team features
  • Prepare and present demos during system and PI demos
  • Writing stories and acceptance criteria and driving iteration goals
Who you are:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile development team in a SaaS company
  • Previous experience in a FinTech company an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in english
  • Bilingual french is an asset
  • Demonstrate effective use of interpersonal skills in client-facing interaction
  • Proven experience solving client concerns in a professional manner
  • Capacity to quickly comprehend and suggest workable solutions to meet client requirements
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines
