The Opportunity:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail - oriented business analyst to join our Finance team, based in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role is critical in supporting Investment Tax Credit (ITC) compliance for the organization, with a focus on two major projects. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and can communicate confidently across diverse groups.



Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Supply Chain and other key groups to ensure alignment on ITC requirements. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all reporting related to ITC compliance. Manage Internal reporting requirements and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain compliance standards. Identify process improvement and implement best practices for reporting and documentation

Respond to inquiries from corporate, operations, and external stakeholders with sound financial analysis and judgment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting/Finance); Professional Accounting/Finance designation (CPA, CFA); Advanced Microsoft Excel, with exposure to TM1 (Planning & Analytics), Cognos, Tableau and Alteryx considered an asset; Strong analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills; Adept at working independently, managing change and multiple tasks in small group settings and across diverse groups; Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. High attention to detail, goal oriented and tenacious; able to understand detailed data as well as find meaning in the big picture; Comfortable working and interacting with , and presenting and communicating results to senior business leaders; * Able to manage tight deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, learn new tasks quickly and demonstrate flexibility when presented with change.
