What you will be doing:

The Reporting Team at 360Insights takes care of all ad hoc (not built in the platform) data and reporting needs for both internal and external clients, be it a simple data pull, complex datasets for business reviews, or regularly scheduled reports delivered via email or other methods, etc. The Business Analyst, Reporting plays an integral role to ensure the objective/need/problem of the customer is understood and performs analysis of the requests to make sure requirements are clear to enable an appropriate solution to be delivered and stakeholders expectations are proactively managed. Additionally, they identify trends and patterns for potential automation to improve the efficiency of the team process and delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience and a track record for business analysis and process design in the data and reporting field within a product and engineering or professional services organization, and possess superior communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to coordinate the efforts among the teams and team members to make sure customer requests are completed in a timely manner and within SLAs.

• You will gather and analyze business requirements based on customer requests.
• You will manage the incoming requests and make sure the requirements are clear; and they are re-directed to the proper team if they fall outside of the Reporting Team scope.
• You will be the liaison between the Reporting Team and clients at different levels, including senior executives, and be the point of contact for all client requests and inquiries.
• You will lead the initiatives for automation for complex and/or recurring requests.
• You will perform process review and lead improvement to ensure smooth transitions.
• You will work with team and clients to define SLAs and have monitoring and reporting.
• You will document and communicate any new process or changes to the existing ones.

What you\'ll bring:

• 5+ years\' experience with coordination or facilitation for work efforts between teams
• 5+ years of business requirements gathering and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with process review, design, and optimization
• 5+ years of experience with defining KPIs and SLAs
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve business outcomes for customers.
• Prior experience with data or reporting development using SQL and BI tools a plus.
• Experience and skills with project management also a plus
• Strong communication skills with ability to flex communication styles based on audience and context.
