Position Summary:
The Business Analyst serves a strategic role dedicated to supporting organizational transformation through process optimization, data-informed decision-making, and technology integration. This position requires highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex business challenges and identify root causes to effectively recommend business solutions.
The Business Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging stakeholders, documenting processes, and presenting recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or systems support.
CAPM or similar certification is an asset.
Technical Proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of data and database management, relationships and tools.
Familiarity with web content management.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Optimization
Analyze current business workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Document and map business processes using standardized methodologies to support automation and integration efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Utilizes iterative development, continuous feedback with stakeholders to ensure business processes are efficient, adaptable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Project & Systems
Lead and support the planning and execution of projects assigned, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Lead and support system testing and validation to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs.
Develop training materials and user guides to support system rollouts and ongoing user support.
Data Optimization & Reporting
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, inform decisions, and improve operational efficiency.
Create dashboards, perform in-depth trend analysis, and design data collection frameworks that support reliable and actionable reporting.
Create reports from databases and other systems to monitor project progress.
