Our government client in Regina, SK is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract, reference #C19002881, with the option of 2 x 6 month renewals. This position is strongly preferred to be onsite / hybrid but remote candidates may be considered. Our client is currently looking for several Business Analysts to support several back-office applications. Respondents will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and technology driven environment. Proven experience and skills in effective communication, leadership, problem solving, documentation standards, and a rigor for change management and quality control are also required. The Business Analyst will report to the Director of the PMO but will also be responsible to Program Managers overseeing the projects and areas they are assigned to.What you will be doing:Elicit, document and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences, including senior leadersDevelop test strategies, plans and coordinate testing activities.Write and/or proofread/edit a variety of detailed, accurate and clear technical and end user material.Facilitate support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, document and communicate knowledge documentation.Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPI\xe2\x80\x99sWhat you must have:Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role.\xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses the ability to convert business requirements into technical specification for data integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environmentPossesses previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentationPossesses the ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization, such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc.Possesses the ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needsProven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skillsPossesses the ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services providedPossesses the ability to build capacity in client\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge and ability to use and apply servicesPossesses previous experience developing test strategies, plans and coordinating testing activitiesPossess experience and a clear understating of project management processesPossesses previous experience with organizational change managementPossesses previous experience in the health sectorPossesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science.Is willing to work from the Regina office (please indicate this in your resume)For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
