Business Analyst (Project Management Focus)
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong project?management orientation to support the rollout of a new Associate Management System (AMS). In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross?functional stakeholders to capture requirements, prepare documentation, and assist with project scheduling, coordination, and cost?tracking activities.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements; develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; create and manage test plans and UAT activities; and document workflows, data flows, and system interactions with stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules - including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs - support cost tracking and variance reporting, coordinate project meetings with agendas and action items, and facilitate vendor collaboration with system integrators and AMS partners
  • Develop test scripts based on documented requirements, support test execution with defect logging and tracking, and validate system configurations and enhancements to ensure they meet business and technical requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, develop training materials, and support or deliver training sessions for staff on new AMS functionality and related systems
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and ongoing communication with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors while preparing accurate status reports and clearly communicating project issues, risks, and decisions
Your strengths include:
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in hybrid BA/PM environments
  • Background working on ERP?style or large enterprise application projects, such as AMS or CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (MS Office, SharePoint, Teams) and familiarity with diagramming applications; experience with Smartsheet or similar project?management tools is an asset
  • Strong analytical and critical?thinking capabilities
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder?engagement skills
  • Ability to work primarily onsite, as this role requires in?person collaboration
