Harris is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Corporate team!You will have a critical role in supporting both our Mergers and Acquisitions strategy as well as our existing businesses, under the direction of the Director.You objectives are to help drive analysis, learnings and best practices in support of our capital deployment and operational excellence goals.At Harris we are disciplined deployers of capital and great owners of vertical software market businesses. • Reporting xe2x80x93 Developing & tracking key leading indicators & KPIxe2x80x99s
• M&A Process xe2x80x93 Support our business development & M&A teams in achieving their goals
• Lookback analysis xe2x80x93 Perform detailed reviews of acquisitions & existing businesses, focused on identifying opportunities for improvement
• Special Projects - Lead studies benchmarking performance, best practices & critical strategic questions

You will have the opportunity to add value to both our M&A activities and business operations, working with a driven, high-energy team and senior leadership.What we are looking for:

• Business or Finance degree
• Professional designation (CPA/CA/CFA/CBV), considered an asset

• Experience in a FP&A/finance/accounting or a similar analytical role
• Track record of inquisitiveness and curiosity
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the intellectual horsepower to support leaders to achieve increased success
