Location Hybrid - 3 days (Potential to change to 4 in future)
Anchor days: Flexible
Contract Duration: 6 months
Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE: Yes, Extension expected after 6 months
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Story Behind the Need

Supporting US cash initiative ensuring that cash management processes to assure they are well-documented, optimized, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills
1. 5+ years of experience in relevant professional sectors (banking preferred but not required)
2. Broad understanding of payments products, policies, and regulatory environment
3. Strong written and oral communication skills for business-focused plans and presentations
4. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio
5. Strong decision-making, forward-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with U.S. Financial regulations
• SQL or VBA programming knowledge
• Lean/Six Sigma training

Soft Skills Required

• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset
• Innovative and adaptable in fast-changing environments
• Customer-focused approach to deepen client relationships
• Strong written and oral communication skills for business-focused plans and presentations

Education/Certifications

• Degree in a related field
• Project management certifications preferred
