Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning. The Business Analyst will utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Duties

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to support project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with SDLC best practices. Create detailed process models and workflow diagrams utilizing Visio to facilitate understanding of complex systems. Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Assist in database design and development efforts to improve data storage, retrieval, and reporting capabilities. Perform analysis of business processes to recommend improvements that align with strategic objectives. Maintain documentation of system specifications, user stories, test cases, and other project artifacts.

Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies. Experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving business, technical, and vendor teams. Proven ability to produce high-quality business and technical documentation, including but not limited to process maps, requirements specifications, project plans. Experience working within recognized project management or business analysis methodologies, such as BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall. Excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English as required by the project environment.

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour
