Business Analyst - IT/ERP
who thrives at the intersection of operations and technology. If you enjoy diving into processes, supporting ERP solutions, and collaborating with teams to make things better, you might be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst, you'll be a key link between our business operations and IT systems. You'll work across departments--production, engineering, finance, supply chain, and more--to understand workflows, identify improvements, and support ERP and other systems that help our operations run smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Business Process Analysis & Improvement
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Recommend improvements and ERP configurations to boost productivity, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
2. ERP System Support & Enhancement
Serve as a subject matter expert for our ERP system--supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data integrity.
Assist with system configuration and user access.
Collaborate with developers and vendors on upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
3. Project Management Support
Support planning and execution of ERP and IT-related projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and track milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
4. Training & Documentation
Develop training materials and lead sessions to onboard users and introduce system changes.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and updates.
5. Reporting & Data Support
Design and maintain reports and dashboards using ERP tools or business intelligence software.
Ensure accurate, timely data is available for decision-making.

Knowledge of manufacturing environments and lean principles.
Clear, professional communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
Experience & Education
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, or Infor.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
