Job Description


TEHORA is currently looking for a Business Analyst with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

  • Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with the documentation necessary to carry out the mandate;
  • Collect, analyze and document the client\'s needs;
  • Collaborate with the business architect and the IT team to develop the solution;
  • Present the proposed solutions, their impacts and validate with users;
  • Write minutes of meetings;
  • Transmit the decisions made to the IT team;
  • Validate the documentation relating to the solution;
  • Ensure compliance with user guidelines and needs by the development team Raise the issues at a higher level;
  • Develop business processes to represent the solutions implemented in compliance with the BPMN 2.0 standard;
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and make presentations;
  • Become familiar with the targeted deliverables in order to have a detailed vision of the testing strategies and the implementation strategies established during the detailed architecture and the issues relating to the project;
  • Write the specifications and carry out the tests;
  • Participate in the development of the test quote strategy;
  • Make sure to inventory the cases used for the tests according to the schedule of the Gautiq schedule;
  • Support the IR solution director and business solution director in monitoring the application of operational project management mechanisms (progress review, decision register, register of pending points and change/modification requests, register of deliverables, etc.);
  • Make sure to have the necessary cells for the tests;
  • Coordinate the performance of acceptance tests in an Agile context;
  • Follow up on acceptance tests, take care of the problems encountered and produce periodic progress reports;
  • Produce the test quote strategy for acceptance testing;
  • Ensure follow-up of anomalies occurring during testing;
  • Execute the processing chains used for the test cases;
  • Write the test report;
  • Liaise with the various user stakeholders in the project;
  • Participate in solution implementation activities, test follow-up meetings and various committees;
  • Develop training material and documentation;
  • Develop or participate in the development of work instructions;
  • Any other responsibilities that fall under this level of intervention.

  • Documentation relating to the tests;
  • Documentation related to implementation, training and change management.
  • Documentation related to work instructions;
  • Scenarios to be executed for the processing of test cells;
  • Daily reports of the progress of the work throughout the duration of his intervention;
  • Test specifications for acceptance testing;
  • Acceptance testing strategy;
  • Register of test progress by test cycle;
  • Results of the tests;
  • Documentation of decision points, change requests and management, implementation, training;
  • Register of the progress of the treatment of anomalies/improvements;
  • Periodic status reports;
  • Any other deliverables required.
Requirements

1. Hold an undergraduate university degree (bachelor\'s degree) in business administration, information technology, management or another relevant field.

2. Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a business analyst.

3. Have completed, as a business analyst, one (1) mandate of at least 105 person-days as part of a project of at least 2,500 person-days.
