Job Description

Financing and Transaction Banking (FTB) handles the structured finance transactions initiated primarily by Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) department (asset financing, cash flow financing, securitization, debt advisory and corporate finance), as well as the orchestration of the IS & Digital strategies and delivery & maintenance of IT projects of GLBA.

What will be your DAY-TO-DAY?





Our team is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst. As a part of the team, you will be able to:

Project and application lifecycle. Collaborate with various stakeholders in a complex financial environment, with various applications and architecture regionally and/or globally. Gather client's functional needs and/or pain points. Translate those needs into technical requirements. Provide functional and technical expertise to produce and promote maintainable and quality solutions. Includes documenting system requirements and documentation of support runbook. Being able to read, understand and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Implement and automate test cases scenarios. Liaise with development teams in Bangalore, Bucharest, Montreal, New York, and Paris. Understand regulatory environment and constraints. Transversal Review/Provide timely resolution of functional issues and help support team to report incidents to the appropriate chain of command. End users are Sales, Traders, Front, Middle and Back Office. Partner with development teams (NY/Bangalore/Paris) on release management. Partner with the Global support teams (Paris/Asia) to ensure quality support to our end users. Provide users with a customized training. Effectively manage the Client Relationship with the end user community. Train new joiners in how to handle daily responsibilities and highlight standard key IT procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:





Must Have:

3+ years of relevant experience as Business Analyst. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or relevant technical field. Advanced knowledge in SQL. Experience with LoanIQ systems Strong communication skills to connect with a wide variety of people/functions (verbal/written). Understanding of financial products, structured/trade finance Possess a good balance of technical expertise, business knowledge and soft skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Strong analytical skills, follow-up capability and problem-solving ability. Flexible and adaptable to new environments. Proactive and results-oriented: sets goals and priorities that maximize the use of resources to deliver optimal results. Team-oriented, client-focused and open to different ideas/viewpoints. Capable of prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking projects. Thrive in a time-sensitive environment.


Nice to Have:

Programming skills/experience. Continuous integration experience. Experience working in a global/international financial IT environment. Practical experience in the financial industry (i.e., FO, MO, Risk, Compliance or Accounting). Experience in a support role in the financial service industry.


LANGUAGE:



Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

Notre equipe recherche un Analyste d'Affaires Intermediaire. Au sein de l'equipe, vous serez capable de:

Cycle de vie des projets et des applications. Collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes dans un environnement financier complexe, avec des applications et des architectures variees au niveau regional et/ou mondial. Recenser les besoins fonctionnels et/ou les points faibles des clients. Traduire ces besoins en exigences techniques. Fournir une expertise fonctionnelle et technique pour produire et promouvoir des solutions maintenables et de qualite. Documentation des exigences systeme et du cahier des charges du support. Capacite a lire, comprendre et ecrire des requetes SQL complexes et des procedures stockees. Mise en oeuvre et automatisation des scenarios de tests. Coordination avec les equipes de developpement de Bangalore, Bucarest, Montreal, New York et Paris. Comprehension de l'environnement reglementaire et des contraintes. Transversal Analyse et resolution rapide des problemes fonctionnels et aide l'equipe support a signaler les incidents a la hierarchie appropriee. Les utilisateurs finaux sont les commerciaux, les traders, le front-office, le middle-office et le back-office. Collaboration avec les equipes de developpement (New York, Bangalore et Paris) pour la gestion des versions. Collaboration avec les equipes support mondiales (Paris et Asie) pour garantir un support de qualite a nos utilisateurs finaux. Formation personnalisee des utilisateurs. Gestion efficace de la relation client avec la communaute des utilisateurs finaux. Formation des nouveaux arrivants a la gestion des responsabilites quotidiennes et mise en avant des procedures informatiques cles standard.

Exigences:

Au moins 3 ans d'experience pertinente en tant qu'analyste d'affaires. Licence en informatique, technologies de l'information, finance ou dans un domaine technique pertinent. Connaissances approfondies en SQL. Experience avec les systemes LoanIQ. Excellentes competences en communication pour interagir avec un large eventail de personnes et de fonctions (a l'oral comme a l'ecrit). Comprehension des produits financiers, du financement structure et commercial. Savoir concilier expertise technique, connaissance du monde des affaires et competences relationnelles. Souci du detail et sens de l'organisation. Excellentes competences analytiques, capacite de suivi et de resolution de problemes. Flexible et adaptable a de nouveaux environnements. Proactif et axe sur les resultats : definition d'objectifs et de priorites qui optimisent l'utilisation des ressources pour des resultats optimaux. Esprit d'equipe, attention portee au client et ouverture aux idees et points de vue differents. Capacite a prioriser les taches et a mener plusieurs projets simultanement. Excellente aptitude a s'epanouir dans un environnement ou le temps est compte.


Atouts:

Competences/experience en programmation. Experience en integration continue. Experience de travail dans un environnement informatique financier international. Experience pratique dans le secteur financier (p. ex., finances, marketing, risques, conformite ou comptabilite). Experience dans un role de support dans le secteur des services financiers.


LANGUE:



La maitrise de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, est indispensable, car le/la titulaire du poste sera amene(e) a collaborer regulierement avec des collegues et partenaires aux Etats-Unis.
