Position- Duck Creek Lead Business Analyst

Technical Skills (Primary):

Business Analyst within 11 to 15 years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in PC insurance Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Ocean Marine products Logistics Hull and Marine Liability Analysis and Documentation:Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and use cases Solution Design:Work closely with the technical team to design and implement Duck Creek solutions that meet business needs Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Training and Support:Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes Technical Skills:Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies including Policy Billing and Claims modules

Technical Skills (Secondary, Nice to have NOT MANDATORY):

Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques

Soft Skills:

As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills Insurance Domain Knowledge Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation Excellent team collaboration and communication skills as well as analysis and problem-solving skills
