Business Analyst within 11 to 15 years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in PC insurance
Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Ocean Marine products Logistics Hull and Marine Liability
Analysis and Documentation:Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and use cases
Solution Design:Work closely with the technical team to design and implement Duck Creek solutions that meet business needs
Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Training and Support:Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies including Policy Billing and Claims modules
Technical Skills (Secondary, Nice to have NOT MANDATORY):
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
Soft Skills:
As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
Insurance Domain Knowledge
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level
