We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving data analytics and customer insights across our Canadian marketing team. You will play a crucial part in supporting strategic initiatives, collaborating with various departments to provide actionable business insights, and ensuring data quality and availability. This is a hybrid role 2 days a week in our Mississauga office.
Role Responsibilities:Supporting data analytics and customer insights across Canada.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to drive insights and decision-making. Ensure data availability, quality, and automation to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and sales leaders to provide business insights.
Design visualization tools to interpret data insights.
Utilize PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Dashboards.
Support business strategy with field analytics and reporting.
Tableau, IQVIA, customer sales and inventory data.
Identify market insights and interpreting data, highlight opportunities and gaps.
Develop and maintain databases for performance analysis.
Integrate data from sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance into usable models.
Define methodologies to utilize customer insights and market research.
Managing pricing analysis and business forecasting.
ROI analysis on marketing campaigns.
Basic Requirements:2+ years of related experience.
B.S. or B.A. degree.
Strong proficiency with data tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Prior usage of SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
Preferred Requirements:Experience in OTC, CPG, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
Familiarity with analyzing large datasets and supporting sales or marketing teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across teams.
