Select is assisting our wholesale distribution client in finding a Business Analyst whose strength lies in data analysis and relationship building. Their ideal candidate will be a mathematics new grad that can transform complex problems into defined, creative, highly effective solutions, and then use those solutions to enrich the customer experience as well as steer the company in the best economic direction.

• The rate of pay is expected to be $45K/yr. - $55K/yr.
• This is a fulltime and permanent position
• Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• Analyzing information to anticipate business needs, finding opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions
• Working closely with customers, always striving to make a positive first impression and building strong relationships
• Reviewing processes and developing optimization strategies
• Presenting findings, insights, ideas, and plans
• Managing projects from conception to execution to performance monitoring

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, logistics, supply chain, or business
• High energy with exceptional communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Impeccable analytical and conceptual thinking abilities; can identify issues, utilize available resources, and take action
• Advanced computer capabilities (MS Excel, Word, & Outlook); must be able to manipulate spreadsheets and analyze data effectively
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven, business/office environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment cognitive ability test
• Learns and embodies the mission of the business; has strong core values and integrity

• Bilingualism (French, English)
• Background in banking, sales, or customer service
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation
