North Star Associates Inc. (NSAi) is seeking a bilingual \xef\xbb\xbfBusiness Analyst for a one year project. The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders for various components of the program of work.
  • Collaborating with technical teams and project managers to develop solutions based on the gathered requirements.
  • Assisting in the design of workflows, processes, data models report.
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Participating in the testing, validation and deployment of developed solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Supporting change management activities, including release note, training and user support.
Local candidates preferred - a fly-in fly-out arrangement may be available to well qualified candidates. Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements for complex projects.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (PMP, Agile).5+ years of continuous experience in the project Document Control discipline specific to design-related documentation and records requiring hand over to operations
  • Bilingual (French and English)
Please note that you will be required to work in an industrial environment. This may include working at heights, dirty/dusty and noisy environments, and confined spaces. All personal protective equipment and site-specific training will be provided.
