Work both independently and as part of dynamic, cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Collaborate with high-profile solution providers and internal stakeholders to implement and optimize ERP systems and other enterprise technologies.
Elicit and document the actual needs of stakeholders, investigating and clarifying their expressed desires to determine underlying business requirements.
Identify opportunities to automate business processes and leverage AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
Build strong working relationships with business users and leadership teams.
Analyze key business data, ensuring quality and integrity, and enable the business to act on analytical insights.
Document business processes and translate them into technical solutions, including automation workflows and AI models.
Manage the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all datasets.
University Degree in a related discipline.
2 - 3 years' experience in a business environment, preferably IT.
Experience with ERP system implementation and/or upgrade projects, and integrating external and internal systems.
Experience with Microsoft Technologies, especially Office 365 and Azure.
Ability to identify and implement automation and AI solutions.
Customer-focused, technically inclined, and process-oriented.
Continuous learner, comfortable acquiring new skills and software applications.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Organized, analytical, and business savvy.
