And do you have knowledge of the individual insurance field, particularly new business, pricing, and claims?


That's great, because we are looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to join our individual insurance team and work with our Pricing, New Business, and Claims departments.


You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Your contribution:



Lead continuous improvement and development projects, from planning to delivery; Analyze requests for improvements for our sector and requests for contributions to corporate projects; Collect and analyze data on existing processes in order to recommend business practices and procedures focused on improvement and increased productivity; Provide leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders, with a focus on innovation, optimization, and performance; Participate in the implementation of improvements with our IT development teams as an expert; Establish a testing strategy and participate, if required, in the completion of acceptance tests; Take charge of change management and updating various business procedures related to the improvements made; Conduct fully documented and substantiated analyses at the appropriate level, based on data and expert consultations.

Required profile:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, information systems and technology (IST), computer science, or equivalent; 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role; Excellent ability to analyze, synthesize, and explain business needs; Strong aptitude for problem solving and process optimization; Agility in the face of changing priorities and unforeseen events; Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to work on multiple projects at once; Strong ability to learn about the business, curiosity, and attention to detail; Excellent knowledge of the various products offered by the individual insurance industry (a significant asset); Ability to listen to stakeholder feedback in order to improve the quality of deliverables; Ability to establish a climate of trust and share knowledge in order to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
