You will play a key role in driving requirements, analyzing complex workflows, managing stakeholders, and delivering optimized digital solutions for retail and specialty pharmacy operations.
Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy teams, and internal business units to gather and document system and workflow requirements.
Conduct
gap analysis
and define
functional and non-functional specifications
for development teams.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories, process maps, and solution documentation.
2. Technical & Domain Expertise
Serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for
Pharmacy Management Systems (Kroll PMS)
, IVR, eFax, and OTC workflows.
Create and maintain
Solution Security Plans (SSPs)
and other technical documentation.
Troubleshoot system issues, analyze data flows, and provide solutions aligned with pharmacy compliance and best practices.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with pharmacy managers, IT development, QA, and external vendors to align project goals.
Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure delivery consistency.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, demos, and update sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Project Management Support
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within
Agile or Waterfall
frameworks.
Coordinate
sprint planning
, backlog prioritization, and release schedules.
Track project progress, report KPIs, and communicate timelines to business leadership.
5. Solution Design & Implementation
Design and document optimized pharmacy workflows for
mobile apps, IVR/eFax systems, and OTC automation

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless data integration and customer experience.
Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay current on pharmacy technology trends and regulatory requirements.
Recommend strategic improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
Contribute to innovation roadmaps for next-gen pharmacy digital platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree
in Pharmacy, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years
of overall experience as a
Business Analyst
, with at least
6-8 years in the Pharmacy / Healthcare domain
.
Proven experience with
Kroll Pharmacy Management System
,
IVR / eFax
, and
Pharmacy Mobile Applications
.
Strong understanding of
pharmacy workflows, specialty pharmacy operations
, and
OTC processes

Hands-on experience with
JIRA

Confluence

SQL

Microsoft Access

Familiarity with
Agile methodologies

PMP / CBAP
