This initiative aims to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment by leading the coordinated planning and integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services. Additionally, the project focuses on delivering centralized business functions to support the delivery of care across provincial health organizations. The transformation requires proven, province-wide leadership with broad jurisdictional experience across multiple areas of clinical delivery and business functions. This is to build an integrated leadership team and effective pan-system relationships that drive strategic and sustainable outcomes, enable the work of partner service delivery organizations, and provide centralized business functions and provincial health services.
