Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to support Guidewire production backlog management and lead elaboration efforts for system enhancements. This role requires expertise in Guidewire InsureCloud and strong business analysis skills within the P&C insurance industry .

Location: Onsite (Regina, SK) / Remote (Canada)
Contract Duration: March 2025 - February 2026 (Strong Possibility of Extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements for resolving production issues and system enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze workflows, processes, and system capabilities .
• Provide recommendations and best practices for Guidewire solutions.
• Document epics, features, and user stories in JIRA.
• Assist in testing and validating enhancements based on acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Required Qualifications

? 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
? 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
? Hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
? Knowledge of Guidewire InsureCloud (preferred).
? Experience in the Canadian P&C insurance industry (preferred).
? CBAP, CCBA, or other BA certifications (preferred).
? Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies .
? Experience working with JIRA for requirement documentation .
