Job Summary Reporting to the Manager, Product Delivery, the Business Analyst (ERP-Specializing in Human resources) participates in the work involved in the planning, organizing, business process analyzing, development, configuration, enhancements, implementation, and lifecycle of complex computer systems. They provide functional support for specific systems and of the underlying business environment, processes, and workflows. They advise and assist clients in support of system enhancements and technology roadmaps for applications, infrastructure, and services.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Business Analysis certification and proven experience with Workday, along with a background in vendor communication, issue management, prioritization, and coordination of software fixes and enhancements.
